Common Questions
How does same-day delivery work?
After the event I go straight to editing. Every photo is reviewed and color-graded before delivery — you're not getting raw selects. Photos are uploaded to a private Google Drive folder and emailed to you the same day, typically within a few hours of the event ending. For late evening events, delivery is by the following morning.
Do you shoot outside Austin and San Antonio?
Yes. Events within 30 miles of Austin city center are included in the package price. Beyond that there's a $50 travel fee to cover the drive. For destination events that require flights, that can be arranged — reach out and we'll build it into your quote.
How far in advance should I book?
A week out is ideal so we can align on event details before the day. That said, last-minute is a specialty — if your photographer just cancelled or you need someone tomorrow, reach out anyway. Same-day and next-day bookings are taken when availability allows. No extra cost for last-minute bookings on The Moment and The Story. Full Event packages require advance planning given the scope of production.
Can I customize a package?
Yes. Hours, photo count, adding video to a base package, combining elements from different tiers — all of it is on the table. Book a quick call and we'll put together exactly what your event needs.
How many photos will I actually use?
The Moment delivers 50 fully edited photos — each one shot and selected with intention. You'll have plenty to choose from for social, your website, press, and print without having to dig through hundreds of mediocre shots.
